Technological change .... Technology destroys the price system
The unique and defining aspect of Technocracy design (Technical Alliance information) is that it is not a 'political system' it is a science social design which uses the metric of energy.
It is not a throwback to the labor based 'contract society' which was handed down intact to us from the Middle East and is still the 'operating system' used, but no longer viable.
Technology destroys the current price system method. Then change occurs for better or worse.
